We want you to be fully satisfied with your automated lawn care experience; if your Segway Navimow does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Mower
Clean the robotic mower and charging station, then securely pack all components in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
